Freckles:I ate and ate until there wasn’t anything left on the plate except this weird green tree that the high-voiced one had hidden under the leaves. No matter how many times I don’t eat it, the high-voiced one can’t seem to understand that I think it’s yucky. It just keeps showing up time and time again.
After eating my meal, I realized that I was sleepy. I hopped through the portal into the Other World and down the tunnel to my Home Place, crawling into my big cave where I quickly fell asleep.
