Deb:Freckles hopped around her pen, making paths through the tall glass. My son and I set up guard duty on lawn chairs near the pen. I’m not sure what dangers lurk in our backyard, but it is not unknown for hawks to fly over and there are many cats in the neighborhood who frequent the safe haven of our fenced sanctuary. If Freckles was going to meet any furry neighbors, I wanted to be there to make sure everyone was safe.

Oh, Freckles could take a cat or, even, a hawk.
Same problem here ... Bunny Lady won't let any bunn be out in the "Golden Pen" without being closely watched. Sometimes even eagles swoop around here.
2 bodyguards, all to yourself! You certainly are an important bunner! ;)

Freckles in Heaven! What a glorious sight. I'm thinking you might need to be most concerned about keeping other critters safe from Freckles. I sure wouldn't want to mess with her in her glory!
A hawk had a run-in with our bird friend scooter. He survived but warns your mommy to always make sure a human is there. We bunnies smell very tasty!
We had a big white bunny - called snowball - but she was more like an avalanche - she was a killer bunny - now that would be a story, just not sure it would be a pb. Snowball could have taken a ferret, an owl - heck, he might have been able to take a cougar.
